Lastly, it's worth noting that Guitar Hero 5, which runs on the same engine as Warriors of Rock, has this exact same problem in the same spot. Redump dumps using hacked PC drives because hacked PC drives are able to read a few more bytes off of the discs that a Dreamcast cannot read. The last stable version, 4.0.2, also has this issue. I'm using 5.0-rc-25, but I've tried the most recent dev version(4.0-7636 as I type this) and it did the very same crash. I think my system specs should be on my profile since I had to fill those out when I registered. I didnt know if it was possible to do this. I was wondering if there was a way to make all the notes hopos in a song so that you dont have to strum at all. After it booted the first time, it refused to work for several more attempts and then booted a second time. Ive been using dolphin to emulate the wii guitar hero 3 successfully but Ive seen a lot of stuff about gh3+ or whatever and being able to mod things. I didn't know if it was possible to do this. I was wondering if there was a way to make all the notes hopos in a song so that you don't have to strum at all. When I was able to play it for those short whiles, the game ran at a near constant 60fps when I lowered the render resolution down to 2x native(I had the render resolution up when I was playing Project M because that runs very easily). I've been using dolphin to emulate the wii guitar hero 3 successfully but I've seen a lot of stuff about gh3+ or whatever and being able to mod things. I have no idea why the game launched those times. I did not switch versions, I wasn't using any different configuration options, and I had not rebooted my PC. I did not do ANYTHING differently on those successes. HOWEVER, I have gotten the game to run twice. I have rebooted my PC several times without it working. I tried all sorts of combos with the audio options, but nothing worked. I have tried running it with both OpenGL and Direct3D, but neither worked. ![]() I can only find one other report of this issue, on the issue tracker here, but a project member came in and marked the issue as resolved because someone else has reported that the game is running, which doesn't help anyone with this issue get the issue fixed. I have tried Googling the issue, and nothing came of it. A prime example is the DK code from GoldenEye which alters character models so they have giant heads. A classic code that many older games have is one that affects character models. ![]() During that time, there might be 5 or 10 frames rendered, but it never moves past that logo screen. The game is still running at this point if I let it lag, it will do so for about a minute and then finally crash Dolphin. Occasionally this lag will happen on the wrist strap screen. Usually this happens on the initial load screen, with the game's logo and a loading bar on the bottom of the screen. Typically, when I try to run the game, the game will start lagging like crazy, all the way down to less than 1 fps. Just remember to keep the courser on-screen to avoid in-game lag.So this game might be somewhat dead, but I'm having a bit of an issue. Runs great with OpenGL 3xNavite Res with a xBox360 wired guitar. So its playable but annoying to hear S-s-s-s-s-l-l-l-l-l-o-o-o-o-o-w-w-w-w r-r-r-r-i-i-i-d-d-d-e-e-eįPS seems to drop, but Dolphin shows 60FPSįPS stays at 60 when in practice mode, but normal play drops to around 42FPS with pitch decreases. EDIT: I switched to LLE and the sound and video matched perfectly- at about half speed and stuttery. The songs load instantaneously but I can't play them in real time. Once I start a song the sound get off, notes get up to one minute behind from the music. This title has been tested on the environments listed below:įull speed- In the menus.
